Williams Growth Partners (WGP ) was established in 2025 building on nearly 20 years of executive search experience in the global fintech space.
We have helped hundreds of high-growth businesses identify and hire talent, from pre-revenue startups to some of the World's largest fintechs.
The recruitment market has grown stale and lazy, too many companies overcharge and underdeliver, with so many so-called "experts" having very little knowledge or track record in their chosen market.
